What is the most challenging part about your job? As a member of leadership, it can be difficult at times to find the balance between being helpful and having to be authoritative.
What are you looking forward to most in 2021? Due to the circumstances that 2020 gave us, I was able to see and experience a couple of different roles, which taught me so much. I hope to be able to springboard off of these new experiences in 2021 and continue to grow.

What is your favorite part about your job? I love my co-workers. I also really enjoy learning about the import industry. Before joining the Savor Imports team, I had no idea how unique the import side was!
What is the most challenging part about your job? Adjusting to wearing tons of hats. Savor IS Dot, but Savor also operates like a small business in many aspects.
