Relocation Radius & Timing
The employee must relocate within 45 miles of Dot Foods Mt. Sterling within 30 days of starting the position.
Minimum Length of Employment
The employee must work for Dot for a minimum of one year, or the relocation package funds must be repaid to Dot Foods.
- Any new Dot Foods Mt. Sterling warehouse employees will be eligible for a one-time relocation allowance check
- Moving documentation is not required since this allowance is based on the distance of the relocation rather than the actual expense incurred
- The relocation allowance will most likely be paid out the day after your first paycheck
- The allowance will be paid via direct deposit and is considered taxable income
