You’ve been working in the Dot Foods warehouse since you were 18 making an average of $48K per year. You’ve been working your way up in the warehouse. You became a warehouse trainer a couple years ago and now you’re a shift lead with even more earning potential and career trajectory.

Meet Warehouse Trainer Kamden

Picture This: You’re 22. Some of your friends are graduating from their four-year colleges, but you just got your Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)—which Dot paid for—through Dot’s Warehouse to Driver Program. Your friends have been accumulating debt while you’ve been working in the warehouse making an average of $48K each year. Plus, now that you’re wrapping up your first year as a Dot driver, you’re seeing that you made an average of $62K.
